Willis HallBilly Liar
Willis Hall, ex-Vice President of the Circle, had a distinguished career in TV, writing amongst other programmes That Was The Week That Was, The Frost Report and Worzel Gummidge and in the theatre and feature films The Long and the Short and the Tall. He also enjoyed major success in collaboration with Keith Waterhouse with Billy Liar, A Kind of Loving and Whistle down the Wind. He died in March 2005.
